Ordering Guidelines
All orders require a 12-person minimum, unless otherwise noted.
All drop-off catering orders must be received by 2pm, for the following day. After 2pm, menu availability, and time slots, are limited and cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Policies and Fees
Your order will be delivered within a 30-minute window of your requested delivery time (15 minutes before and after the requested time).
We cannot guarantee deliveries at exact times. Each delivery & setup is $13 minimum, prior to 3:00pm on weekdays. Deliveries outside of Philadelphia area are $25.
Cleanup is not a part of this service.
Although our kitchens are closed on major holidays, we can make delivery exceptions given proper notice. If you would like a holiday delivery, please call us at 215-871-0577.
Cancellation Policy
Philadelphia Box Lunch has a 12 hour cancellation policy for drop-off catering. Any order cancelled after that time will be billed for the full amount.
Each delivery comes with all of your necessary paper goods including plates, cutlery, napkins & cups.
Menu variations may occur due to product availability.
